Karina is a new artist who is signed to Def Jam. She can speak seven languages (English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, Armenian, and Arabic). She had three labels to sign on to Interscope, Def Jam, and Bad Boy Records she chose Def Jam though! Her debut album, First Love already features tons of artists Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Jermaine Dupri, and Lil' Mama. Her album will be released August 19th! On NY's Liberty Island a fireball crash lands, but what actually lands is Dave Ming Chang (Eddie Murphy) , a human-shaped robot controlled by aliens. The aliens are out to find a way to save their planet on the way Dave falls in love with a single mom Gina (Elizabeth Banks), and her son Josh (Austyn Myers) who now thinks of Dave as his idol. The Maine is a new pop-punk band from Tempe, Arizona. This summer they are part of the Vans Warped Tour, and were the opening act for Boys Like Girls, Good Charlotte, and Metro Station. In high school one of her classmates described her as "the only one who dared to be different" which is exactly what she is. Her single, Walking On Air is Itunes single of the week.
